Bee Friendly Garden at Saxon Brook, Exeter....Revisited.

We thought it would be good to revisit this project now the plants have grown and the garden has become more established.

So here it is in pictures...

So the plants are well established and the bee’s are definitely enjoying them.

Our garden was designed for human bee-ings too!

All is harmonious in our Bee and Human friendly garden!

  • These are some really gorgeous pictures; they're so bright and eye-catching! I think this is such a lovely project - our bees are important, and it's difficult to imagine gardens without them! Great post.

  • This is good for all of us, I have just planted some new plants in my garden and hopefully next year when they flower it will encourage the bees to visit

  • I personally wish there was a way to encourage the honey bees but deter the wasps, as I find these nothing but a nuisance when trying to eat outside!

  • Super garden, if only people realised how important bees and other pollenating insects are to us. It doesn't really take any extra effort on our part and we get to enjoy the beautiful flowers too.

  • Maybe if we all made a little more effort our beautiful bumble bees wouldn't be in decline. This garden is practical and looks amazing too, which just goes to show we can all live side by side in this wonderful world we live in.
